Looking for workout tips for general weight loss and toning for someone who can't afford the gym or home equipment. :3
@cariad Dreads I have used MyFitnessPal in the past and am trying to get back into the habit of using it. That said it isn't always the most convenient thing for me as I do almost all of my cooking and baking from scratch so I have to actually go to the site to enter my own recipes and all the ingredients in them most of the time. I wish I could do it from my phone it would be a lot easier especially since I am helping my better half get into healthier habits so I have to do it x2 as his portions are different from mine. Overall though I have always found it useful to take a serious look at what I eat and how I continue to eat the things I love but stick to my weight loss goals! When I first starting using it as a teen I was pretty disgusted with myself with how much sugars and sodium I was consuming. Irony of course being I was a lot less heavy back then because I was still in school and walked everywhere. Now I eat better for the most part but I am such an unemployed homebody I am burning near enough :c

Having promised myself I'd start my regime again last week, I failed somewhat, but have begun taking long walks again in the last couple of days Also my flatmate prodded my belly randomly and said that it feels a bit firmer after my getting into doing 50 daily sit-ups, to be honest I wasn't expecting even that tiny amount of progress quite this quickly
